The last thing you want to feel during celebrations is deprived, especially because deprivation can lead to later unhealthy indulgences.
Try this bread pudding recipe for a sweet and gooey treat that will definitely get you into the Holiday spirit and feeling anything but deprived. It’s the perfect addition to a special dinner, or to bring as a healthy option for your next get-together.

Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 packets Stevia
1 slice low-carb whole grain bread

1 packet Vanilla Delight Shake/Pudding Thermo-Snacks®
1 packet Stevia
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 ounces water

Directions
Bread Pudding Ingredients
Mix together all ingredients, but the bread.
Tear bread into small pieced and add to mixture.
Place in custard cup.
Set custard cup in baking dish containing one inch of water.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, or until set.
Cool slightly and top with Holiday sauce.
Holiday Sauce
Mix ingredients together.
Cover bread pudding with two tablespoons of Holiday sauce.
