I was sad and depressed, embarrassed by how big I had gotten. I wanted my energy back. I also wanted to be able to wear my wedding ring again, wear smaller clothes, and to be able to run again. I was surprised that I could lose the weight so fast. Now I feel fabulous! I have more energy than I know what to do with.
