I am in Minnesota. While I REALLY miss the in-person contact of the centers, I think Vanessa is doing a great job for me. She encourages me and can "gently scold" me in a friendly way :)
I've lost over 20# in this last "re-boot" for myself, but am struggling to lose that last 10.
She gives me grace when I mess up, but doesn't give up on me.
I love that she is reachable through texting and able to remind me of specials.
