Great starter or RE-BOOT package

This is a great combination of products to get going or re-started on a good eating program.

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that you cannot choose which of the herb products you prefer. The one in the kit is too high in niacin for me and causes me a very uncomfortable 'niacin flush' when taken over time. I had to purchase a separate herb so the concentration could be spread out.

Other than that, it's all good!
